Integrative E-Learning Processes in Higher Education
This Conference will be held June 10 - 13, 2009, at the University of Pittsburgh. The itinerary consists of a series of workshops and plenary sessions designed to provide a focus on ETD implementation, digital library systems, standards and intellectual property issues, to highlight discussions from previous ETD symposia and to provide a networking forum for the successful launch and sustenance of ETD programs.
We will have developed a program packed with outstanding veteran speakers in the ETD, IR and open access fields. There are session tracks for graduate school administrators, librarians, and information technologists. To make the most out of the workshops we recommend that each institution send at least one representative for each of the track areas.
Our goal is to explore and share the wealth of knowledge, experiences, and resources available in order to enable each participant to return with an action plan in hand. This is the 12th in a series of international conferences organized by the Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD), hosted by the University of Pittsburgh Library System and co-sponsored by the West Virginia University Libraries.
