Spang Ineligible to Central Labor Union

      The McKeesport Central Labor Union had voted to unseat William J. Spang as Vice President, but was told by the AF of L that they had not followed due process.  Spang was accused of having taken part in the Communist May Day Celebration in McKeesport last Saturday.
