     "Meeting opened in regular form.  Pres. Ryan in the chair.  Roll called and absentees noted.  Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. 
Committees:
     Delegates to the trades assembly reported that body having appointed a committee to draft resolutions condemning the action of Carnegie & Co. at Homestead and to urge councils to return the money donated by Carnegie & Phipps.  Moved and seconded report be received and moved too appoint a like committee with Committee Jos. Neville, Wm. Kirby & Pat Higgin...."
