Labor History Through the Years assists users in obtaining a sense of
the unfolding historical development by making use of scanned materials
from the Archives Service Center's current collections. This section
divides labor history into four time periods; Emergence of AF of L Trade
Unions in Pittsburgh and Region 1882-1935; Rise of Industrial Unionism:
The CIO Unions and Others 1929-1946; Labor and the Cold War 1937-1960;
and Deindustrialization: A Post-Industrial World 1960-2000?
